Check-in and Check-out Rules

Campsites and motorhome pitches: Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 12:00.
Cabins: Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 11:00.

Self Check-in and Self Check-out

You can easily check in by yourself. If you have a booking with us, you will receive an email on the day of arrival with instructions on how to check in.
The email also contains important information such as access codes for the service building and cabins, as well as our guest rules.

On the day of departure, you will be checked out automatically.

Reception

Reception opening hours vary throughout the season. Information can be found at the reception building and on the notice board.
We are almost always on or near the premises, so if you need assistance you are welcome to call us.

Unbooked Arrival Outside Reception Hours

At our campsite you can easily book, pay, and check in by yourself.
This gives you more freedom, as you can arrive outside staffed hours.
Simply scan the QR code located at the notice board or reception and follow the instructions on your phone.

Showers and WC

WC facilities are located in the service building and in the kiosk/reception building.
An accessible toilet is available at the service building—please contact us if you need access.

We offer two shower rooms, one for ladies and one for gentlemen.
If you require access to a more disability-friendly shower, please contact us.
Shower use is included for all staying guests.

Our showers are open daily from 07:00–10:00 and 17:00–22:00.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is located near the service building.
There is one washing machine and one dryer.
To use the laundry room, please contact us during staffed hours or by phone.
Guests must bring their own detergent.

Entrance

The entrance is open 24 hours a day.
We kindly ask you not to drive on the campsite between 23:00 and 05:00.

Camp Rules

Quiet hours after 23:00.
Misconduct will be dealt with.

Dogs

Dogs are very welcome but must be kept on a leash on the premises.
At the far end towards the forest, there is a marked dog bathing area where our four-legged friends are welcome to cool off in the lake.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in and around our cabins, sanitary buildings, and public areas.

Barbecuing

Barbecuing is only allowed in a proper grill — not directly on the ground.
Ash should be disposed of in the grill coal container next to the service building.
Note: Only extinguished charcoal may be placed in this container.

WiFi

WiFi is available on the campsite, but it does not cover the entire area.
Coverage is best in and around the reception.
Speed depends on how many guests are using it at the same time.

Distance

Please observe a 4 m fire safety distance between units in all directions.
