Camping
The campsite at lake Flaten has existed since the 50s and is a popular place for many! Owners of the campsite have changed over the years and now we are a family with a close connection to the campsite and the place that has taken over.
Camping in Sweden
The campground by Lake Flaten has existed since the 1950s and is a beloved place for many! For several years now, the campground has been run by a family with a long and warm connection to the area. We continue to develop and care for the campground with the same dedication and love that the place deserves.
The campground currently has around 35 camping pitches, with and without electricity, and several of the sites are located directly by the beach with a lake view. The pitches are suitable for caravans, motorhomes, and tents. In addition, during the high season, there is a meadow with additional tent sites.
The campground also has 9 cabins available for rent.
If you stay with us, you also have the possibility to empty greywater/sewage and access fresh water.

Barbecue areas
New grills have been placed in the camping area, which gives you the opportunity to cook outside.
Bathing area
A popular swimming spot that suits everyone, young and old. The lake is shallow, which is usually appreciated by families with children.
Mini golf
Many people think that mini golf belongs in the summer. Here you can challenge each other in a round on our mini golf course with 15 holes.
Playground
The playground is close to the mini golf course and swimming area
Cycle paths & hiking trails
From Flaten's campsite it is possible to take the bike or hike to many other places that are worth a visit.
Canoe rental
Rent one or more canoes for a day, a day or a whole week! Life jackets are available to borrow in different sizes.
Dog bath
At a secluded part of the beach, you have the opportunity to let the dog take a cooling dip.
Kiosk
During the high season, the kiosk is open daily.
